My Story

Many years in a demanding and stressful working environment ended up in weakening my immune system and caused the deterioration of my health, which led to a carcinogenic tumour over 15 years ago.

In the quest to improve my health and as a complement to traditional medical treatment I came across Craniosacral Therapy, a very gently hands on therapy that changed my life and my health. Through the process of my treatments, I learnt that sustainable health comes from balance in our way of living, involving the physical, mental, emotional, social aspects of life and Craniosacral Therapy became so relevant that I decided to change my career to become a Craniosacral Therapist.

I am fully qualify Craniosacral Therapist, registered as a member of the UK Craniosacral Association and fully insurance. I have undertaken postgraduate studies in Biodynamic Cranial Touch, Embryology, Trauma, and healing baby trauma and I have also been supporting  adults, teenagers and young children with general trauma, anxiety and stress, PTSD, trauma post-cancer, depression,  among others, in the community affected by the Grenfell Towers events at KOTG in London.
